Giving @ Harbor

At Harbor of Hope, everything we do is funded by our attenders! Because you give, we are able to respond quickly in crisis and create spaces where people can connect to Jesus and each other!

Ways To Give

We believe that giving is an essential part of our faith, as we trust God with our money and actively partner in the ministry of the church.

Here at Harbor there are several ways you can give!

Online Giving

The best way to give is to set up an online account. With your online account, you can make a one time donation or set up recurring giving and easily access your giving history.

Cash or Check

You can give cash or check in the offering boxes on Sundays or mail it to us at: Harbor of Hope Christian Church | 51 Middlesex St Suite 101 | North Chelmsford, MA 01863

GIVING FAQ’s

At Harbor- we want to be transparent about how giving works, where your money goes, and how we manage it!

Can someone help me set up an online account?

Yes! We’d be happy to assist you, just reach out to Bob Jeffers, either in person or by email.

Where does the money I give go? Great question!

When you give, it goes directly to our general fund. The funds are used to pay salaries for our paid staff, cover our facility costs, and fund the ministry work we do both inside Harbor and out in the Greater Lowell community. We’re most proud of being able to help support families in financial need, and support local ministries like The Wish Project, International Institute of New England, Place of Promise, and Sojourn Collegiate Ministries with monthly gifts from Harbor.

You can see our budget and annual report here (coming soon). This will tell you some stories about how we spent our money last year, and how we plan to spend it this year! If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!

Can I give non-cash gifts like stocks or bonds?

Harbor is not currently equipped to accept gifts of stock or other financial instruments as we do not have a brokerage account. For those who have investments one option is a donor-advised investment fund. Contact Bob Jeffers by  if you’d like to talk more about this.
