Harbor’s Vision for Outreach is that all forms of poverty be eliminated. Poverty simply means having insufficient resources, whether that be material, relational, or spiritual. Through partnering with local and global partners we seek to serve, advocate and learn how to eliminate poverty in our relationships with God, our selves, others and creation.
We also host events, like cheering for the Baystate Marathon, Trunk or Treat, and Brunch with Bunnies where we find fun ways to love our Greater Lowell Community!

Local Ministry Partners
The Wish Project
Providing $1 million in value of free furniture, home, clothing and baby goods so that 27,000 needy people per year are better housed in the Merrimack Valley, MA. Every $1 donated is leveraged into $4 in value of free goods given and 2/3 are children. And every couch and lamp recycled means one less in the landfill.
Harbor serves every 2nd Saturday of the month from 9am-12pm, helping sort through donated goods. Kids 8+ are welcome with an adult! Click here to sign up for one of our monthly serving opportunities!
Place of Promise
Place of Promise is a Christian non-profit organization that provides Christ-centered programming for men, women, and children to rebuild their broken lives: physically, emotionally and spiritually. We partner with Place of Promise by giving financial support and through occasional other events.
International Institute of New England (IINE)
IINE creates opportunities for refugees and immigrants to succeed through resettlement, education, career advancement and pathways to citizenship. We partner with IINE by giving financial support and participating in occasional events. You can see opportunities to get involved individual on the IINE website.
Sojourn Collegiate Ministry
Sojourn Collegiate Ministry exists on college and university campuses across New England to invite students into discovering God’s dream for their lives.

Food for the Hungry (FH)
Through Food for the Hungry, we are partners with the community for El Mirador, in the Dominican Republic. We support them through financial giving, child sponsorship, and by sending teams. Our next trip is being scheduled for Spring 2024.
