Kati Pessin
Kati is the Lead Pastor of Harbor of Hope. She is married to Jeremy, a witty electrical engineer and musician. Together they have two children, Esther (born in 2012 and loves cats and art) and Silas (born in 2014- a party looking for a location). In 2021, Kati received a Masters in Business Administration and Masters of Divinity from North Park University and North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up in church, and her love for Jesus and music paved her way into ministry early on. After serving as a Worship Pastor and Executive Pastor in Illinois, she and her family moved to Chelmsford in 2021 so Kati could become Harbor’s Lead Pastor. In her free time, Kati likes to play music, watch Marvel movies, and hang out outside with her family and her neighbors.

Elders
Harbor of Hope is led by a team of elders. The Elder Leadership Team’s job is to set vision and direction, guard doctrine, oversee the Lead Pastor, and serve as the spiritual leaders of the Harbor community. The Elders meet regularly to pray for Harbor and each other, and to discern together what God is saying about Harbor’s future. If you need prayer, help resolving a conflict, or have a question about Harbor’s mission and direction, the elders are here to serve.
